Distress Centre Calgary Knowledge Hub

The Distress Centre Calgary Knowledge Hub (DCC K-Hub) is a three-year research partnership with the University of Calgary Faculty of Social Work aimed at improving crisis response services. It focuses on creating person-centered, impactful, and relational solutions through an inclusive and culturally relevant service model.

The project seeks to produce evidence-based and cost-effective practices to enhance and optimize DCC’s crisis response services, with a specific focus on providing appropriate support to marginalized communities. Findings will be published and shared with crisis response centers across Canada to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency on a national scale.
